N2WS-22800 - Change AWS GovCloud account for Worker AMIs

Issue:

The worker AMI's used to launch worker instances for S3/FLR operations in AWS Gov regions are changing account number

Without the patch below, ALL worker-based operations(such as FLR and S3) will soon start to fail!

Solution:

Patch for versions v4.0.0 to 4.2.0 is available and attached to this KB.
