N2WS-23784 - cleanup fails with No progress was reported

Issue:
Cleanup fails with server terminating the worker for no progress reported.

Solution:
  1. v4.2.2 - install attached patch and do below steps
    NOTE:  patch can take few min to install, during which apache will be restarted, need to wait at least 5-10 min.
