N2WS-21543 - VPC download template fails with template format error "Number of resources is greater than maximum allowed"

Issue:

VPC download CF template or clone fails with the below error
ERROR: validate_vpc_template_for_stack(capture_vpc.py:178) Failed validating stack. Reason: ValidationError, message Template format error: Number of resources, 1324, is greater than maximum allowed, 500,type: Sender

Solution:
Patch for v4.1.1a is available and attached to this KB. 
If the VPC contain VPN then it will need to be reestablished -  After the clone completes you will need to modify the original OnPremosses side of the VPN with the new definition that was set by AWS as the new VPN is not the original.
