CPM Configuration Wizard may not allow to set the "AWS Authentication" option, resulting in "Could not authenticate with AWS" error

When upgrading to v2.3.x using AMI, CPM Configuration Wizard may not allow to set the "AWS Authentication" option, resulting in the "Could not authenticate with AWS" error:



As a workaround, please terminate this CPM instance and use the v2.2.0a AMI to launch a new one.
