            The "Users" panel may become non-functional after an upgrade to v2.2.x

            After upgrading to v2.2.0, customer sees empty "Users" panel:

             

            The following error appears in cpm_server.log:

            If you face this issue, please upgrade to the latest 2.X.X version.
