Weekly or monthly schedule may not work as expected when choosing specific days of the week

Weekly or monthly schedule not working as expected.

Attention: this KB is applicable only to CPM v2.2.x and below.

CPM may not start a weekly or monthly schedule as expected if the "Start Time:" day of week does not match the "Enabled on:" day of week.
The below screenshot shows this issue in a weekly schedule, this schedule will not run because there is a conflict between the "Start Time:" and "Enabled on:" days of the week.


The problem may appear more irregular using a Monthly schedule as the selected day of week in "Start Time:" could be different each month.



To work around this issue in a weekly schedule, select each day of the week or choose the same day in "Enabled on:" as the day of week which has been selected in "Start Time:", as shown below:


In a monthly schedule, please check each day of the week next to "Enabled on:"
