N2WS-18942/18930/18939 - several post upgrade issues

Issue:

after upgrading to 4.0 user might have several issues:
  1. Permissions changed on cpmdata/scripts after upgrade
  2. The restore button is grayed out for backups taken with CPM 3.x for Aurora clusters.
  3. Getting exception: malformed node or string: None when trying to open recover windows

Solution:
Patch for v4.0.0 Available and attached to this KB
