N2WS-18942/18930/18939 - several post upgrade issues
after upgrading to 4.0 user might have several issues:
- Permissions changed on cpmdata/scripts after upgrade
- The restore button is grayed out for backups taken with CPM 3.x for Aurora clusters.
- Getting exception: malformed node or string: None when trying to open recover windows
