N2WS-19404 - Extremely high amount of DescribeSnapshots API requests

Issue:

During backup of an EC2 instance, CPM may start sending DescribeSnapshots API requests non-stop, sometimes many times in a second, instead of doing so once every few seconds.


Solution:
  1. Patch for v4.0.0a available and attached to this KB
