Issue:

This patch add support to backup targets in the following regions: Middle East (UAE), Europe (Zurich), Europe (Spain), Asia Pacific (Hyderabad)

Update: new patch with Melbourne added

Solution:
Patch for v4.1.1/v4.1.1a is available and attached to this KB.
